If the application misbehaves, it doesn't work on your system, or you would like to suggest a feature, or send feedback, you can comment on the troubleshooting page, or send a message from this page.

As much as I would like the application to work perfectly no matter what, I don't think this is ever going to happen. So if you are experiencing a problem, you should start by consulting the troubleshooting guide:

If the problem is not yet fixed, you can request support by commenting on the troubleshooting page,  or send a message from this page. It would be best if you included information about what you were doing when the problem appeared, how often it happens, and how we can reproduce it, so that we can fix it. In some cases, the application's logs can help. Log files are created by the application starting with version 2.0, and can be found in the AppData folder.

To locate the log files:
  1. Open Explorer, and type in the address bar: %appdata%\..\Local\Packages
  2. Locate the drumkit package, in my case it is 35555TiberiuChibici.DrumKit_rpr4x2y6afkpe
  3. Go inside RoamingState, then AppLogs.
